Craig's List Anyone?
Ok, so I am little behind the times.....I have never listed anything or bought anything on Craig's List. So, I didn't know how EASY this could be! I have this washer and dryer that needed to be sold, so I thought I would try my entrepreneurship skills and sell them on Craig's List. How do you price such items? How long will it take to sell them? Many questions going through my mind - so I priced them at $150 for the pair. Maybe I priced them too low? I had at LEAST 20 people within 20 minutes wanting to purchase them. Who knew?
I am most excited to have them leave my house..... Here is what is coming....
Many happy washing days ahead!!!

If you want to know how to price something, do a search on Craig's list to see what other people are selling their similar for. It is AMAZING what some people think their garbage is worth!

Ahhh...I have precious knowledge about these upright washers!

I just had the Sears man at my house this morning!! They SMELL like mildew, bad! I have suffered through this smell for two summers now, and we think we finally solved the problem. It turns out, I'm the only person on the planet that didn't know about "WasherMagic" cleaning product. It's better than Affresh, so they say.

Anyway, I'm glad for your new purchase. I hope you stay on top of your cleansing cycles better than me!

Oh My Goodness! You are going to be so excited to wash laundry!
A splash of vinegar will also keep the mildew smell away. Sometimes I just dump a cup in with washrags and towels!

Hey Lori- I got a message from you about a pool for your sister forever ago. I erased it and misplaced where I wrote your number down. SORRY!!! But, I came across your blog through another blog and thought I would communicate this way. Hope things are good for you and your family. A few additions since I have seen you - so cute:) Anyway, Randy is traveling for work all the time, so he is never here to do a pool. I wish I had one just like yours in my backyard as well.

And I have to say that I got the LG front loaders (BIG capacity ones)a couple of years ago and LOVE them!! With five boys I have a lot of laundry! They are worth every penny! It was fun to catch up with you on your blog!
