First Freestyle Meet of 2009
It has officially begun again....SWIM TEAM! The boys are both loving swimming every morning with their friends Eli and Mason Crawford. This past week was their first freestyle meet. It was such nice weather - a huge bonus for the fans! The boys competed in both individual and relay races.
Joshua competed 9-10 boys - A heat and got 15.9 seconds - Ben times him as he races. 
His relay team took first!
Logan was sick to his stomach before the meet - typical Logan style
He competed 7-8 boys - A heat and took 3rd with 17.?? seconds.
He competed 7-8 boys - A heat and took 3rd with 17.?? seconds. He was neck in neck with the first 3 swimmers. It was fun to watch!
The Spectators - until 8:30pm!!!! Gotta love it!
Emma can't wait till it is her turn next year!

swim team just isn't the same without you and Heather there!! I will have to talk you into Brimhall next year!! But can't complain about the weather...HAPPY DAY!!
I seriously don't know how you find the time- or money- to have your kids in so many sports. They are true athletes though. Good job kids!!

Yes, Brimhall rocks, but we definitely miss the Mechams and the Crawfords. Tiff and I will have to do some serious peer pressure next year!
Btw...those are some nice times on the freestyle races!! Way to go boys!
