Our SUPER Saturday!

This past Saturday was fun filled....AND I just happened to have my camera with me the WHOLE day!

It started with

CUB SCOUT DAY CAMP!

Our terrific Cub Committee Chair planned a day camp for our Ward cub scouts...

It started with MUFFINS!

Can you have any scout activity without a flag ceremony?

They earned their culture & language belt loop...

Sister Wach is the BEST!

Our Webelos are READY for the OUTDOORS!  Thanks to Torren Wilhelmsen who taught them the skills for Readyman & Outdoorsman Activity pins.

They built a "Cross Over Bridge" for the Cub Scouts to use when they earn their arrow of light and "cross over" to the 11-year old scout program...

Our awesome Cub Master designed the bridge AND taught the boys everything they needed to earn their ENGINEER activity pin!

The boys helped build an outdoor fire for LUNCH!  Thanks to Brother & Sister Bates for all their work!

The boys helped prepare the lunch for all the cub scouts and leaders....

It was actually DELICIOUS!

The boys earned their Whittling Chip....this was Logan's most anticipated activity!  Working with KNIVES!

What to WHITTLE????

Of Course!  An "A" for Aztecs!

The wolves did a little soccer "dribbling"....

The Webelos also built a small engine - thanks to Brother Waldron!

Can you tell we LOVE scouts?

After day camp it was on to the LAST basketball game with the Mighty Aztecs!

After the game, we had trophies, awards and cupcakes!  It was a fun season!

Then the AMAZING RACE started!

Guess who was Team Aztecs? 

(do we see a recurring Aztec theme?)

  Who puts on an amazing date for a bunch of couples and sits on the sidelines and watches?

It would have to be an AMAZING person! 

(and of course her very supportive husband!) 

Many of you know Tiffany Watkins....she is simply amazing in so many ways!

Tiffany planned and put on an AMAZING night!  We had so much fun running, driving, bowling, scootering, eating and even KICKING a football!

We had a race to Krispy Creme donuts!  Mark is quite the CRAZY driver!  :-)
